Describe the printing and drying process on the iron can
The monotonous printing process on the iron can
Monotonous process, paint and ink need to be dried in a tunnel oven. The monotone condition of iron printing ink is generally 130 ℃~160 ℃, and the time is controlled at about 10 minutes. The length of tunnel oven is about 30 meters between f '~170 ℃~210 ℃. It consists of three stages, namely, heating zone, constant temperature zone and cooling zone.
The temperature rise is the first stage after the sheet enters the oven. The primary function is to raise the tinplate from room temperature to the set temperature constant temperature zone. The primary function is to adhere to the temperature reached in the heating zone. The function of the cooling area is to fully cool the dried sheet prints. Once the cooling is not feasible, the paint film is very easy to be scratched by each other when the sheets are stacked, and the fork after stacking is easy to get stuck. The baking time is related to the machine speed. If the speed is too fast, the whole monotonous time will be shortened. The paint and ink baking is not sufficient in the peak temperature time, resulting in the tender paint film caused by the monotony and impermeability of the ink and paint. After all, it will cause the food or drink to taste bad after contact with it.
If the machine speed is too slow, it will cause excessive baking. In this case, many coatings will become brittle and easy to peel off or burst during processing. Excessive baking together will also cause discoloration of paint and ink. The way to avoid poor baking is to check the curve graph in the automatic temperature controller of the oven on time to ensure the peak temperature time under standard time.
